Miniature drives are increasingly being used in building automation. As a rule, these extremely compact drive systems use DC motors and therefore cannot be operated with the conventional controllers designed for AC motors.
The MUR U1 implements the AC control for DC drives. A polarity reversal logic reverses the direction of rotation, while a variable cut-out current ensures precisely adjustable and reliable final switch-off in combination with the variable response time. The MUR U1 is available in two versions for 12 V DC or 24 V DC.
